The human resources in our company are those
who are not only experts in their respective fields, but also
self motivated and creative. This is to say that they are
not merely being put in the operation, but also capable of
maintaining and developing methods for better and optimal
results. We have always emphasized this, as our human resource

To achieve good production result we
develop a quality control system which separated into
4 stages: Pre Process, Process, Post Process,
and Assurance. In the pre process stage
every timber is being selected according to Standard and
Better Quality grade following the Malaysian Timber
Grading Guidelines. The process stage involves
maintaining production process to achieve minimum percentage
of component reject. The post process stage is filtering
every sub-assembly to achieve maximum percentage of quality
sub-assembly. Finally, at the assurance stage all ready
to boxed products will be randomly selected, assembled
and inspected to achieve highest quality sellable product.

To coordinate, monitored and administered all production process,
we use a programming system called APICS - "Accounting,
Production and Inventory Control System." This integrated
programming system allows us to provide wood tracking summary,
production position, and delivery schedule to our customers, which
can be access through this web page. |
